They are looking to strengthen their media sales function with a senior professional who can combine strong business development skills with a solid understanding of the marketing agency landscape.

The Opportunity:

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a client-facing, business development environment. You will be responsible for driving media sales across KSA, developing new client relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities for media sales, including strategic planning and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brands, and media partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the agency's account and strategy teams to ensure media solutions are aligned with broader marketing objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the Saudi market, media trends, and the competitive landscape to inform client recommendations.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth goals while contributing to the agency's wider business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in media sales, ideally within or in collaboration with marketing/advertising agencies.
  • Strong business development track record with demonstrable success in closing deals.
  • Solid understanding of the marketing agency ecosystem and how media fits into integrated campaigns.
  • Confident, strategic, and commercially minded, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Based in KSA or able to relocate.
