Role Description The Senior Medical Representative (Haram or Dokki) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role is responsible for promoting Pharco's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, in the assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, delivering product presentations, and providing up-to-date medical and product information. The Senior Medical Representative will build and maintain strong professional relationships, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and ensure achievement of sales targets and coverage plans. The role also involves organizing and participating in medical events, maintaining accurate records in line with company reporting requirements, and adhering to all ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and achievement of sales objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trustful relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to explain product benefits, indications, and safety profiles accurately.
- Candidates should possess good planning, time management, and organizational skills to manage visits, events, and reporting efficiently.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a medical representative, ideally in a similar therapeutic area or with a leading pharmaceutical company, is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and reporting tools; valid driving license is beneficial.
