Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals and respond to their needs.
• Candidates should possess Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales skills to drive product adoption, achieve targets, and develop the assigned territory.
• Candidates should possess Pharmacy knowledge or a related scientific background to understand parenteral products and explain clinical benefits accurately.
• Relevant experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, especially in hospital or clinical settings, is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, plan routes efficiently, and manage time and priorities in a field-based environment.
• Strong ethical standards, familiarity with compliance regulations, and a commitment to responsible promotion of pharmaceutical products.
• Proficiency in basic office software, report preparation, and data tracking to monitor activities and performance.
