Job Purpose:This role forms part of the clients Network Services Management team and assists with the administration and management of network platform across the bank.
Network expert resource to technically validate the network solutions and design.
Maintains smooth operation Bank's IT network services. Duties control administration, maintaining system documentation, tuning, and troubleshooting system performance.
Enabling service for the business operations. Backup & recovery administration. Ensuring smooth operation of all network systems and enabling user requests.

- Vendor agnostic approach with demonstrable experience of software-defined networks, network automation

- Creating and improving governing processes within the technical teams including change management, configuration management, workflow, and escalation/reporting.
- Working with the vendors and suppliers that provide staff outsourcing, network equipment, hardware support, software, and leased carrier services in concert with internal procurement and contract areas.
- Assisting with the enhancement of the network in accordance with the ICT strategic plan, in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
- Assisting with the development of billing analysis/trending and tracking control measures within the telephony/leased carrier services area.
- Assisting with the development of an ITIL style service portfolio for the area.
- Assisting with the creation of documentation appropriate for use by the management team and both internal and external auditors
- Maximum uptime of IT network & voice Infrastructure & meeting the SLA.
- Administration & maintenance of Banks IT network Infrastructure.
- Compliance with client Information security policies & adherence to security baselines.
- Strong Technical writing.
Technical Skills:-- At least 15 years of experience in enterprise level IT Network infrastructure
- Excellent technical knowledge in Routing and Switching Technologies, cloud networking, SDN, SDWAN, SD Access.
- Expert knowledge and experience on WAN routing. ( BGP,OSPF,DMVPN,IPSEC,GRE)
- Scripting knowledge: Python, Ansible
- Handson experience on Aruba Wireless infra , Airware , CPPM , Central, RAP
- Hands on experience on WAN Optimization products like Riverbed, Silver Peak.
- Deep troubleshooting knowledge and experience. Hands-on on Wireshark.
- Core knowledge on TCP/IP
- Hands-on experience on end point network security. (dot1x, NAC, port security, ISE, ARP inspection etc)
- Working knowledge on Solarwinds , PRTG network tools.
- Sound understanding and knowledge on Checkpoint, ASA, F5, IDS/IPS, Gigamon.
- CCIE Enterprise or Datacenter certification is mandatory
- Solution Architect certifications in domain of Cloud (preferred).
- Deep understanding in Information Security. CISSP certifications (desirable)
- Ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment.
