We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team, providing design, implementation, and support for enterprise and data center networks across customers in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. The ideal candidate holds a CCIE Data Center or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification and has strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Nexus switching, Meraki, and enterprise routing & switching.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strong documentation skills, and the flexibility to travel when customer engagements require onsite presence.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise and data center network solutions for MSP customers.
- Provide L3/L2 support and escalation for complex network issues.
- Deploy and manage Cisco ACI fabrics, including integration with existing network environments.
- Configure and support Cisco Nexus switches (NX-OS) and Cisco Meraki solutions.
- Design and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP
- Develop and maintain network documentation: High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), As-Built documentation, Health Checks.
- Participate in network architecture reviews and optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide onsite and remote support across Egypt, KSA, and UAE as required.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices, security standards, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- CCIE Data Center or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (Active) is a must.
- Minimum 710 years of hands-on experience in enterprise and data center networking.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Cisco ACI (Must), Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco Meraki, and Enterprise routing & switching.
- Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, Network design and architecture, and High availability and redundancy designs.
- Proven experience working in an MSP or multi-customer environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally when required.
