Main Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality Operations and Optimization services for Cisco Advanced Services customers across Data Center and Enterprise Networking portfolios.
- Work handson with the latest SDN technologies, including Cisco SDA and Cisco ACI, backed by a strong foundation in Routing & Switching (MPLS).
- Bring deep expertise in routing and switching across Service Provider and Enterprise environments.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer leadership, guiding them on infrastructure strategy and emerging technology trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, crossfunctional issues spanning network, compute, storage, virtualization, middleware, security, applications, and content delivery.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to drive issues to resolution efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and deliver migration strategies with a clear understanding of application dependencies and networked architectures.
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, operational structures, and defined roles and responsibilities.
- Support Project Managers in resolving project challenges and tracking deliverables, resources, financials, and materials.
- Drive smooth engagement closure and guide customers through service lifecycle transitions (Sampler Assessment Optimization).
- Mentor and support other consultants and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and customer success.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- CCIE-level expertise (certified or equivalent experience).
- Strong handson experience with Cisco Nexus 5K/7K, including FabricPath, OTV, VDC, VPC, and ACI.
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Routing & Switching, including MPLS, SDA, and SDWAN.
- Proven experience with MPLS in Enterprise environments.
- Exceptional customerfacing and communication skills, including negotiation, conflict management, and technical presentations.
- Strong understanding of the industry landscape, including competitors and partner ecosystems.
- Solid grasp of the endtoend IT lifecycle: architecture, design, engineering, implementation, and operations.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Professional Services or highlevel technical support roles.
