We're looking for a Senior WAN Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead large‑scale WAN migration and design initiatives across enterprise data centers. This role blends architecture, hands‑on configuration, and migration leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end WAN migration strategy and execution
- Validate WAN design (topology, redundancy, routing, failover)
- Plan & execute link activations, routing changes, and cutovers
- Coordinate with ISPs, internal teams, and vendors (Cisco/Juniper)
- Review configs, IP schema, VLANs, cabling, and routing design
- Run readiness checks, testing, and failover simulations
- Provide L3 troubleshooting during/after cutovers
- Prepare runbooks, risk plans, and documentation
Technical Skills
- Strong L2/L3 routing & switching
- BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, QoS
- SD‑WAN & DCI experience
- Cisco: Catalyst, Nexus, C8500
- Juniper: QFX, EX, SRX, MX
- Knowledge of DWDM, firewalls, load balancers, DC cabling
- Experience with network testing/monitoring tools
