We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Network Lead to oversee and manage our organization's entire network and network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network architectures, with proven leadership in managing technical teams. This position is key to ensuring the secure, reliable, and scalable operation of our networking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of secure and resilient network infrastructures.
- Manage daily operations, projects, and incident response related to network and security systems.
- Act as the highest escalation point for complex network and security issues.
- Define and maintain network architecture, standards, and documentation.
- Oversee firewall administration, access points, and switch configurations (Fortinet, Cisco, HP, Aruba).
- Conduct risk assessments, network audits, and lead implementation of security compliance initiatives (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Drive innovation and propose upgrades to support future scalability and business needs.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure integrated and aligned infrastructure strategies.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a strong and collaborative technical team.
Required Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Saudi nationality is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in network engineering, network security, or a similar field.
- Experience in banking, finance, or other regulated environments is a plus.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Network security tools (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, F5 BIG-IP, etc.)
- Firewalls, switches, and routing protocols
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI)
- Penetration testing and vulnerability assessment tools
- Experience with frameworks and regulations (PCI DSS, ITIL, etc.)
Certifications (Preferred)
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CCNA / CCNP
- Security+, CEH, or equivalent
