Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions based on Cisco/Aruba products and technologies.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase different solutions.
- Answer technical questions and address customer concerns during the sales process.
- Design and architect solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Develop Bill of Materials (BOM), high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), and technical proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Provide technical support during the proof-of-concept (POC) and evaluation phases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and post-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of proposed solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Communication / Electronics / Computer Engineering preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in a Network Pre-Sales role.
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with network design and planning tools (e.g., Ekahau, IRIS Intange, Cisco CCW).
- Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with modern architecture such as SD-WAN, SD-Access, ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
