We're Hiring: Senior Network & Security Administrator

Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Network & Security Administrator to manage and strengthen the organization's network infrastructure and cybersecurity framework. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing network environments while supporting enterprise IT operations and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.
- Administer, configure, and optimize network devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and security appliances.
- Monitor network performance and security events to ensure system reliability and protection.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation measures to strengthen security posture.
- Maintain and enforce network security policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve network outages and security incidents.
- Lead network upgrades, patching cycles, and firmware updates across infrastructure components.
- Manage user access control systems and ensure appropriate privilege management.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Investigate and respond to network and security incidents in a timely manner.
- Conduct disaster recovery (DR) drills and ensure network security systems are integrated with Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IT team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in network and security administration within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, and SIEM tools.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and incident response processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure environments and lead technical initiatives.
- Fluent in English with strong technical communication skills.
