Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Network Engineer to support and evolve large-scale enterprise and data center network environments with strong expertise in Cisco ACI and Software-Defined Access (SDA).
This is a hands-on role focused on L3 support, incident resolution, change execution, and ensuring high availability of critical network infrastructure in a 24x7 enterprise environment. You will also serve as an SME for network and security operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams including NOC, SOC, infrastructure, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and support Cisco ACI (APIC, Spine/Leaf architecture) and Cisco SDA environments
- Provide L3 support for complex network and security incidents
- Configure and manage ACI components: VRFs, BDs, EPGs, Contracts, L3Out
- Monitor network performance, health, and ensure high availability & stability
- Manage incident, change, and problem management (ITIL-based)
- Support enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
- Perform RCA, troubleshooting, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Support DR/BCP activities and maintain network documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for TAC cases, escalations, and deployments
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in Cisco ACI (Multi-Pod / Multi-Site preferred)
- Experience in Cisco SDA & ISE (NAC, TrustSec, policy enforcement)
- Strong knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP routing protocols
- Experience with VXLAN, Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ISR/ASR platforms
- 10+ years in enterprise network operations / engineering roles
- Experience in 24x7 production support environments
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- CCNP (Mandatory/Preferred) | CCIE (Preferred)
- ITIL certification or strong working knowledge
