About The Role

Senior Organizational Development (OD) Partner plays a key role in shaping the company's organizational effectiveness by designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen performance, culture, and leadership capability.
This role combines
strategic thinking with practical execution. You will work closely with leadership and HR to develop frameworks that enhance employee performance, improve organizational structures, and support Octane's growth. From performance management and leadership development to organizational design and culture initiatives, you will help ensure that our people and structure are aligned with our long-term strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and implement organizational development strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives related to performance management, competency frameworks, and talent development.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify improvement areas in structure, processes, and workforce effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement learning and leadership development programs.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and organizational alignment.
- Analyze HR data and organizational metrics to provide insights that support decision-making.
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, frameworks, and processes.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives across departments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and department heads to ensure alignment between people strategy and business goals.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or Talent Development.
- Strong experience in performance management systems, competency frameworks, and organizational design.
- Proven ability to drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops, leadership programs, and organizational interventions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fast-growing or dynamic organizations is a strong advantage.
