About the role:
The Senior OD Specialist will lead the design of organisational structures, performance frameworks, career systems, leadership development, and culture initiatives, ensuring full alignment between people strategy and business strategy. This role focuses on design, frameworks, and system governance, not daily HR operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of organizational structures, job architecture, and reporting lines to support business growth and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain job families, role profiles, and competency frameworks across all functions.
- Own the performance management framework from a design perspective (KPIs, evaluation tools, calibration methodology).
- Lead organization diagnostics including engagement surveys, culture assessments, and capability gap analysis.
- Design and manage learning and leadership development programs in line with business needs and succession plans.
- Build and maintain career paths, succession plans, and talent pipelines for key and critical roles.
- Support change management initiatives related to restructuring, growth, mergers, or digital transformation.
- Develop and track OD dashboards and effectiveness metrics (engagement, productivity, leadership readiness, talent mobility).
- Drive culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives across all locations.
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business strategy.
- Coach managers on organization effectiveness, team performance, and leadership behaviors.
- Ensure all OD initiatives are documented, measurable, and continuously improved.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, or Performance Design.
- Strong experience in PMS design, competency frameworks, and career pathing.
- Solid background in engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and change management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- FMCG or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
