Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Odoo Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom modules and functionalities within the Odoo framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of modules with client systems and provide technical support when needed. As part of your duties, you will conduct performance analysis, troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, and maintain system efficiency and scalability. Innovation and proactive problem-solving will also be key components of daily responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, algorithms, and data structures
• 5+ years of experience in Odoo development.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including experience with Odoo framework
• Deep understanding of Software Development and Programming best practices
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and their customizations is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of system integrations, databases, and API development
