Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python and XML
Enhance existing Odoo applications and ensure integration with external systems
Collaborate with Odoo implementors and functional consultants to gather and analyze business requirements
Develop APIs and web services for system integration and data exchange
Optimize the performance of Odoo applications and troubleshoot technical issues
Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and maintain proper documentation
Provide technical support, bug fixes, and continuous system improvements
Stay up to date with the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices
Requirements
Strong expertise in Python and the Odoo framework
Experience in PostgreSQL database design and performance optimization
Proficiency in Odoo front-end technologies (JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, CSS)
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and mentor junior developers
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
