Role Description
The Senior Odoo Implementer/Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions tailored to meet business requirements. This full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, includes tasks such as gathering user requirements, customizing Odoo modules, deploying enhancements, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing technical support. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and process optimization within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Odoo implementation, configuration, and customization, with experience across multiple Odoo modules.
- Strong skills in business process analysis, system requirements gathering, and technical problem-solving.
- Experience in database management, including proficiency in PostgreSQL and technical IT know-how.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to facilitate stakeholder collaboration effectively.
- Knowledge of Python and XML for module development or customization is a strong advantage.
- Domain knowledge in retail, ERP for fashion industry, or supply chain management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Ability to work independently on-site and as part of a team.
