Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Odoo Implementer to lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to analyze their business needs, configure Odoo modules, and ensure a smooth implementation process. This role requires a deep understanding of Odoo functionalities and business processes to deliver tailored ERP solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Odoo ERP Implementation & Configuration:

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Odoo solutions.

Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with client needs.

Optimize workflows and automate business processes within Odoo.

Ensure proper data migration from legacy systems to Odoo.

Client Engagement & Training:

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

Provide consultation and support to clients throughout the implementation process.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth Odoo adoption.

Customization & Integration:

Collaborate with developers for custom module development.

Ensure seamless integration between Odoo and third-party applications.

Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet client requirements.

Testing & Support:

Conduct system testing and validate configurations before deployment.

Provide post-implementation support and enhancements based on user feedback.

Requirements:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation.

Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing.

Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with Odoo functional and configuration settings.

Basic knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL for data management.

Understanding of API integrations and third-party system connectivity.

Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards in Odoo.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management and project coordination skills.

Additional Requirements:

Odoo Functional Certification is a plus.
