Archer Solutions is hiring a Senior Odoo Implementer
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Odoo system analysis for the assigned clients and prepare the analysis document for revision by the manager and customer.
- Participate in the planning of the assigned projects
- Prepare development tasks in a documented form and make sure that development tasks are done in high quality and on time.
- Prepare client master data and historical data for upload and upload them in quality and time
- Deliver the Odoo system to clients as per the gathered requirements and the agreed-upon plan
- Provide training for different teams to professionally use the delivered system
- Perform support tasks for the delivered systems
- Help the sales team in demos and proofs of concept
- Continuously upgrade the professional and technical skills
- Help junior implementers in their daily tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, business information systems, or an equivalent degree
- +3 years of experience in Odoo implementation
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules
- Experience in providing support and training to users
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
