We work with clients in Egypt and the UAE, and we are now growing our delivery team. We need a senior project leader who can keep complex projects organised, on track, and successful from start to finish.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead our most important Odoo implementations. You will take full ownership of the delivery process. This means managing scope, budget, risks, people, and client expectations. You will guide both our internal team and the client's management, making sure the project stays clear and controlled.

1. Strategic Project Delivery

Lead full Odoo project lifecycles from initiation to closure

Define scope, goals, and deliverables with senior stakeholders

Manage project budgets and profitability

Build practical project plans using MS Project, Jira, or Odoo Projects

Choose the right delivery method for each project (Waterfall or Agile)

2. Stakeholder and Risk Management

Act as the main contact for clients during the project

Handle escalations and manage expectations clearly

Control scope changes and manage change requests

Identify risks early and plan how to avoid or solve them

Keep the project aligned with the Statement of Work to prevent scope creep

3. Team Leadership and Delivery Governance

Lead consultants, developers, and technical teams through each milestone

Make sure documentation is accurate and delivered on time

Review blueprints, FDDs, test plans, and UAT scripts before sign-off

Improve Softobia's internal PMO standards and delivery processes

This is a senior role and requires proven experience.

Experience

8 to 10 years in software or ERP project management

Strong history of delivering large ERP projects

Odoo project experience is a big advantage

SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics backgrounds are also welcome with Odoo knowledge

Certifications and Education

PMP certification is mandatory

Odoo Functional Certification (v15 or above) is a strong plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business

MBA is an advantage

Skills

Deep knowledge of ERP project delivery and SDLC

Good understanding of business processes across departments

Strong communication skills in English

Able to handle tough client conversations and guide steering committees

Able to turn complex business needs into clear roadmaps for the team
