Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Office Administrator role based on-site in Doha, Qatar. The Senior Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, including managing office equipment, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, and coordinating communication within the organization. Responsibilities include supervising office staff, maintaining organized records, scheduling meetings and appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and team members. The role will support efficient business operations and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Strong knowledge of Office Equipment operation and maintenance
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
