Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Install, set up, maintain and fix IT equipment & systems in office
  • Perform daily technical support on network, system, software and hardware
  • Install and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling)
  • Set up and configure store systems such as POS, inventory platforms, digital signage, and access control
  • Coordinate with vendors for internet service provider, payment services, and cabling needs
  • Assist with new store openings, popup deployments, and store relocations

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in IT support, preferably in retail industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Mac, POS hardware, and networking basics.
  • Experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and device configuration.
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to work on-site in retail locations with occasional off-hours support.
