Job Description

Role Purpose

Facilitate market access initiatives and capacity-building programs by collaborating with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and strategic partners to promote Arab exports regionally and globally.

Enhance ATFP's visibility through publishing success stories, strategic partnership updates, and Arab trade trends.

Planning and Strategy

Contribute to the development and execution of trade promotion strategies and capacity-building initiatives.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Arab exporters market presence and technical competencies.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Organize and facilitate buyer-seller meetings, trade missions, and regional trade forums in collaboration with DFIs.

Work closely with the Marketing/Corporate Communications team to publish updates on partnerships, strategic deals, and success stories, especially those supporting Least Developed Countries (LDCs).

Research and publish Arab-trade related trends every quarter using Bloomberg and other platforms.

Maintain records of partnership activities, trade promotion initiatives, and capacity-building outcomes for internal reporting and external communications.

Monitor and report on the impact of trade promotion activities and recommend improvements.

Contribute to editing the quarterly bulletin, annual report, and media news issued by the program.

Provide export advisory services such as Export Readiness & Diagnostic Assessments and Buyer & Partner Linkage Support

Policies, Processes, and Procedures

Support the development and implementation of frameworks to guide trade promotion and capacity-building activities.

Ensure all activities adhere to ATFP's compliance standards and reporting guidelines.

General Accountabilities

Assist in day-to-day coordination of trade promotion and capacity-building programs.

Maintain effective communication with DFIs, external stakeholders, and internal teams.

Provide inputs into strategic planning and reporting processes related to trade development initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in administration and MIS-related functions, preferably in financial services or trade operations

Fluency in Arabic and English

Strong skills in event organization, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and content development.
