Senior Operational Trainer

4Level1 provides comprehensive English Language Programs designed for adults and young adults, adhering to international CEFR standards. With an emphasis on real-world interactions, 4Level1 offers a curriculum tailored to foster confidence. We deliver both online and in-person classes, serving students across the Middle East remotely, while offering in-person sessions in Riyadh.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operational Trainer, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Operational Trainer will develop, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to team performance improvement. Responsibilities include delivering engaging training sessions, guiding skill development, monitoring employee progress, and providing actionable feedback. The trainer will ensure that instructional content aligns with organizational goals and industry standards while promoting continuous professional growth among team members.

• Experience in training design, curriculum development, and facilitating diverse training programs
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective instruction and engagement
• Proficiency in instructional technologies and tools to create dynamic, interactive learning experiences
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple training programs and adapt to evolving needs
• Proven ability to assess and evaluate program success and make data-driven improvements
• Proficiency in English; professional communication skills are essential
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; certification in training or instructional design is a plus
• Prior experience in the education sector and familiarity with international standards like CEFR is preferred
