Senior Operations Administrator (Hands-On Administrative Role)

About the Role
We are a privately owned international trading company supplying construction and infrastructure materials to projects worldwide. As the business grows, we are hiring a hands-on Operations Administrator to support day-to-day administration and coordination.
While the title may sound senior, this role is not a strategic management position. It is a practical, detail-focused administrative role where you will manage documentation, coordination, and follow-through, often working independently without a large team.
Must-Haves
Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Available to start immediately or within 1 month
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable handling admin work independently
Confident coordinating suppliers, logistics, and documentation
Key Responsibilities
Handling enquiries, quotations, and basic order processing
Coordinating with suppliers and following up on orders
Managing shipping paperwork and basic logistics coordination
Tracking invoices and following up on payments
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting general office and administrative tasks
Experience Required
Background in administration, operations support, logistics, or trading
Experience with documentation, invoicing, or coordination
Basic understanding of shipping and Incoterms is helpful but not essential
Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently
