About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Audit Specialist to join our dynamic team at bosta.

As an Operations Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting audits on our hubs, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This position requires regular travel, typically 1 or 2 days per week, to conduct on-site audits at various company hubs.

Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits on company hubs to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Analyze data and audit findings to develop actionable recommendations for process enhancement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress
  • Conduct on-ground audit visits to hubs, ensuring adherence to operational standards and best practices
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Job Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate complex cases
  • Familiarity with logistics and inventory management processes
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
