Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st Nasser City, Cairo, for a Senior Operations Specialist. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operational procedures, optimizing operational workflows, coordinating with teams to achieve goals, monitoring project progress, collaborating with sales teams to improve operations, ensuring timely delivery of tasks, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and understanding customer strategies to enhance operations
- Proficiency in Operations Management and ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes
- Project Management skills to ensure timely execution and successful project delivery
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or a similar sector is an advantage
