Job Description

Responsible To Carry Out

Operate and monitor crushing and screening equipment including crushers, conveyors, and screens
Perform daily inspections, start-up checks, and shutdown procedures
Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns
Identify and remove uncrushable materials and ensure consistent feed quality
Adjust crusher settings to optimize performance and product gradation
Collect material samples for quality control testing
Maintain site cleanliness and perform general labor tasks such as shoveling and clearing debris
Communicate effectively with ground crew and supervisors to coordinate workflow
Complete required documentation including daily logs, inspection reports, and production records
