A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in CBS implementation projects.
Minimum of 3 complete end-to-end core banking implementations, covering requirements elicitation, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and post go-live support.
Proficient in effort estimation and work breakdown structure (WBS) definition, ensuring realistic and achievable delivery timelines.
Capable of analyzing business requirements to ensure alignment with out-of-the-box (OOB) functionality, minimizing customizations and optimizing project cost and maintainability.
Skilled at providing the best-fit solutions within the core system capabilities, ensuring maximum leverage of standard features and alignment with vendor best practices.
Experience in data migration, interface design, and integration with surrounding systems (digital channels, CRM, regulatory reporting, etc.).
Strong consulting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, translating business needs into effective system configurations and enhancements.
Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches, supporting flexible and efficient implementation cycles.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, supporting both Vendors and Bank's delivery teams.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
