We are hiring a
Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Consultant with
8+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in
Oracle EBS implementations, support, and optimization, with deep expertise in one or more functional modules such as
Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HRMS, or Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure Oracle EBS modules according to business needs and best practices.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and conduct user training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with business processes and industry standards.
- Support integrations with third-party systems when required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following modules:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
- Supply Chain (PO, INV, BOM, WIP, OM)
- Manufacturing
- HRMS / HCM
- Projects
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
