Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Consultant with 8+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementations, support, and optimization, with deep expertise in one or more functional modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HRMS, or Projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Configure Oracle EBS modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and conduct user training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes and industry standards.
  • Support integrations with third-party systems when required.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • Strong expertise in one or more of the following modules:
  • Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
  • Supply Chain (PO, INV, BOM, WIP, OM)
  • Manufacturing
  • HRMS / HCM
  • Projects
  • Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
