We are looking for a Senior Order Management Specialist to join our Order Management/Finance team in the UAE. In this role, you will process sales orders for subsidiaries and support the end-to-end management of the order entry to shipment release process.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Process orders for UAE and GCC clients, including PI creation, stock allocation, and release to logistics for dispatch within current ERP systems.
  • Facilitate end-to-end order management processes to ensure timely, error-free, and accurate results.
  • Support the planning and execution of the entire order fulfillment cycle, from order entry to release, under the supervision of the team leader.
  • Analyze, qualify, and process change order requests for both internal and external customers.
  • Update order status daily and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders, including B2C IM OR/IR, AV sales, Supply Chain & Logistics, and clients.
  • Manage weekly sales closing, monitor order earliness, and handle dispatch documentation.
  • Arrange shipping instructions for direct shipments and monitor purchase orders from factories, including goods-in-transit tracking for direct shipment billing.
  • Assist in clearing backlog orders in coordination with Key Account Managers and Supply Chain Management.
  • Support the sales team in obtaining Order Secure Rate.
  • Ensure all signed documentation (Sales Orders/POs) is received from customers and aligns with contract requirements.
  • Process Return Material Authorizations as per HQ guidelines.
  • Conduct daily customer credit checks for available and in-process funds; follow up on Letters of Credit and related documentation.
  • Validate customer orders and ensure all necessary internal approvals are in place prior to processing.
  • Process debit and credit notes as required, under the supervision of the team leader.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in sales order processing or related roles preferably within the Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Hands-on exposure to sales operations process.
  • Strong understanding of the order life cycle (Order to Cash).
  • Familiarity with financial processes in trade operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
