Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Change Management

  • Develop and execute enterprise-level change management strategies.
  • Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Define stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
  • Drive adoption, reinforcement, and behavioral change initiatives.
  • Establish change governance frameworks and success metrics.

Project & Program Alignment

  • Partner with Program Managers and PMO to embed OCM into transformation initiatives.
  • Support large-scale digital, operational, or business transformation programs.
  • Identify risks and resistance points; develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track benefits realization and adoption KPIs.

Operating Model & Business Transformation

  • Support Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation.
  • Align organizational structure, processes, and capabilities with new business models.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and executive alignment sessions.
  • Drive cultural transformation and performance management alignment.

Communication & Enablement

  • Develop executive communication materials and change narratives.
  • Lead training and enablement programs.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and leadership briefings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 11+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong background in operating model design and business transformation.
  • Experience working within PMO or large program environments.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
