We are seeking a senior-level Paid Ads expert who can own the entire performance marketing ecosystem end-to-end from traffic acquisition to CRM integration, optimization, and measurable enrollments.
This is not a media buyer role.
This is a 360 performance ownership role.
Role Overview (Critical Read)
You will be fully responsible for designing, launching, integrating, optimizing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Yandex, targeting HNWI parents in the US and UAE.
A core requirement of this role is hands-on experience integrating paid ads with Zoho CRM and Webflow-based websites, ensuring clean attribution, accurate lead tracking, and full-funnel visibility from click to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Ads Strategy & Execution (Core Responsibility)
- Own and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Yandex Ads end-to-end.
- Design high-intent search, retargeting, and audience-based campaigns for premium education services.
- Build and manage ultra-niche HNWI targeting (income proxies, geographies, behaviors, interests, life stages).
- Execute full-funnel strategies: awareness consideration lead tour enrollment.
- Implement and continuously refine retargeting, lookalike, and audience segmentation strategies.
2. Landing Pages, Webflow & Conversion Assets (Mandatory Skill)
- Design, structure, and optimize high-converting landing pages built on Webflow.
- Define page architecture, headlines, messaging hierarchy, CTAs, form logic, and trust signals.
- Implement or oversee Webflow forms, custom forms, and tracking scripts for paid traffic.
- Ensure seamless handoff of leads from Webflow into Zoho CRM with correct field mapping and source attribution.
- Own A/B testing of landing pages, messaging, offers, and form structures.
3. Zoho CRM Integration & Attribution (Non-Negotiable)
- Configure and manage Zoho CRM integrations for paid ads lead capture.
- Set up and maintain:
- UTM structures
- Lead source and campaign mapping
- Funnel stages (lead qualified tour enrollment)
- Ensure accurate tracking from ad click Webflow Zoho admissions pipeline.
- Work closely with admissions teams to improve lead quality, speed-to-lead, and conversion rates.
4. Creative Strategy & Development (Education-Specific)
- Develop or direct production of ad creatives (static, carousel, short-form video).
- Test angles relevant to education & HNWI psychology (outcomes, exclusivity, class size, neuroscience, future pathways).
- Maintain a structured creative testing roadmap with learnings documented.
5. Analytics, Optimization & Revenue Attribution
- Implement and validate conversion tracking, pixels, events, and CRM attribution.
- Track and optimize based on:
- Cost per qualified lead
- Lead-to-tour conversion
- Tour-to-enrollment conversion
- Revenue generated vs spend
- Produce clear, operator-level performance reports tied to real outcomes, not vanity metrics.
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 35+ years of senior-level paid ads management (Google, Meta, Yandex ).
- Proven experience integrating paid ads with Zoho CRM (lead capture, attribution, pipeline tracking).
- Hands-on experience working with Webflow websites for paid traffic and landing pages.
- Direct experience with premium preschools, kindergartens, or schools.
- Demonstrated success in the US and UAE markets.
- Proven ability to generate and convert HNWI leads for high-ticket services.
- Ability to own campaigns end-to-end without external dependencies.
- Fluent English (written and spoken). Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
