Role Overview
Matchpoint Partners is seeking a Senior Partner; Corporate Finance Advisory to originate and lead mandates across capital raising and M&A. This is a senior, client-led partnership role for professionals with existing relationships and active deal flow.
You will introduce companies seeking capital or acquisition outcomes to Matchpoint Partners; Matchpoint will lead execution and delivery of the transaction process with you as the originating partner and senior relationship lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Originate advisory mandates via your network; founders, shareholders, boards, CFOs, and corporate development leaders.
- Qualify opportunities; transaction objectives, capital needs, timing, readiness, and key constraints.
- Lead senior client relationships from first meeting through mandate signing; maintain trusted-advisor presence throughout.
- Coordinate with Matchpoint execution team; materials, positioning, investor/buyer outreach strategy, process governance, and negotiation support.
- Support transaction progress; stakeholder management, decision cadence, and issue resolution.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct in all engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated client origination capability in corporate finance, investment banking, PE/VC, private credit, real estate finance, or strategic advisory.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills; credible with C-suite and shareholders.
- Strong commercial judgment; ability to assess quality of opportunities and guide clients through a structured process.
- Experience with advisory engagements across fundraising and/or M&A strong understanding of transaction workflows and documentation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
Compensation; Fee-Sharing
- No salary.
- Substantial fee-sharing arrangement on retainers and success fees for mandates you originate; commercial terms are defined in the partner agreement and applied per eligible introduced opportunities.
