Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Payroll and Personnel Specialist to manage and oversee the payroll functions and personnel administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records, and providing support in HR-related matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities:

Payroll:

  • Monthly Payroll Cycle: Oversee salary processing, overtime, deductions, variable pay, and final settlements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Egyptian labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
  • Auditing & Reporting: Conduct payroll audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly workforce analytics.
  • Employee Financial Requests: Manage staff loans, advances, and expense claims (travel, transport, shift allowances).
  • Automation & Systems: Operate HRIS/payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, AS400), drive automation, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Budgeting & Compensation: Contribute to annual merit increases, compensation strategies, and retention initiatives.

Personnel:

  • Employee Records: Maintain contracts, files, and ERP databases.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare employment contracts, probation tracking, and termination documentation.
  • Government Relations: Liaise with Labor Office, Social Insurance Authority, and Medical Insurance providers.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Follow up on inspections, complaints, and legal disputes with authorities.
  • Attendance & Leave: Supervise attendance systems, leave balances, and disciplinary records.
  • Archiving & Documentation: Organize personnel files, ensure proper approvals for personnel action forms.
  • Employee Relations: Handle grievances, investigations, and ensure fair application of policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5:7 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration, preferably in the construction company is a MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Details:

  • Location: El-Sheikh Zayed City
  • Working hours: from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Days off: Friday
