We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Senior Specialist with a hands-on experience using ERP. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute monthly payroll cycles for all employees Manually till the implementation of ERP
- Validate timesheets, bonuses, deductions, and commissions
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, and benefits
- Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
- Prepare statutory reports and filings (e.g., social insurance, income tax)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, Finance, HR, or related field
- 57 years of payroll experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in ERP for payroll and HR modules
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
