Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Senior Specialist with a hands-on experience using ERP. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute monthly payroll cycles for all employees Manually till the implementation of ERP
  • Validate timesheets, bonuses, deductions, and commissions
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, and benefits
  • Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
  • Prepare statutory reports and filings (e.g., social insurance, income tax)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, Finance, HR, or related field
  • 57 years of payroll experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in ERP for payroll and HR modules
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
