Hive Analytics is looking for a Senior Performance Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing digital & performance marketing accounts, acting as the main strategic and communication lead for clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and high client satisfaction.
- Lead performance strategy for accounts, translating business goals into actionable media plans in collaboration with performance teams.
- Oversee the execution, optimization, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions with a high level of professionalism and confidence.
- Coordinate closely with Performance and creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and meet performance targets.
- Monitor account health, including budget pacing, forecasting, and performance risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, reporting standards, and SLAs.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, e-commerce trends, and market dynamics, especially within Gulf markets
- Support account growth through identifying upselling or expansion opportunities in alignment with client performance goals.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience managing within digital and performance marketing agencies.
- Strong and hands-on understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics.
- Previous experience working with clients/accounts in Gulf markets.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Highly analytical, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
