Job Description

About Ecomvest:

Ecomvest is a pioneer in the e-commerce investment space, where potential meets capital. We acquire promising eCommerce brands, unlock their hidden value with our in-house expertise, and scale them into highly profitable online businesses.

Once scaled, we connect these brands with investors or entrepreneurs who want to step into e-commerce and acquire a ready-to-grow store. Together, we continue to scale these brands to new heights, creating strong returns for our acquisition partners.

We're growing fast and are now looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to help us accelerate the next wave of eCommerce success stories.

The Role:

As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will own and optimize paid media performance across our portfolio of eCommerce brands. Your main focus will be paid advertising planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Pinterest to drive revenue, ROAS, and profitable growth.

You'll work closely with our store operations, creative, and product teams to build full-funnel strategies, run experiments, and turn data into clear insights and actions. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves numbers, testing, and scaling winning campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Pinterest Ads for multiple eCommerce brands.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management: from audience and keyword research to ad creation, testing, scaling, and budget allocation.
  • Analyse performance data daily/weekly to identify trends, opportunities, and issues, and take proactive optimization actions.
  • Build and maintain clear performance reports and dashboards (e.g., in Excel, GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI) for internal stakeholders.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to brief and refine ad creatives that align with brand, audience, and performance goals.
  • Work closely with store operations and product teams to align campaigns with inventory, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and trends in paid media and e-commerce performance marketing.

What Are We Looking For

  • 24 years of hands-on experience in paid media advertising, ideally in a performance marketing role.
  • Strong experience managing and optimizing campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest Ads
  • Proven eCommerce experience, you've run campaigns for online stores and understand metrics like ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, etc.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and turn insights into actionable optimization.
  • Experience in reporting and performance tracking, comfortable building and presenting reports in Excel/Google Sheets and tools like GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Strong optimization skills: audience refinement, bid and budget management, creative testing, landing page testing, and funnel improvements.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and brands at once.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you can explain performance and recommendations to non-marketing stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves (Plus Points):

  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with CRO techniques and tools (A/B testing tools, landing page optimization, heatmaps, etc.).

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to drive performance for a fast-growing eCommerce investment company.
  • High ownership and autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works.
  • Flexible work setup with remote work options and flexible hours.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • A supportive, ambitious, and collaborative team environment.
  • Strong growth potential as we expand our portfolio and marketing team.
