We are seeking a skilled Senior Personnel Specialist to conduct investigations, resolve employee complaints and grievances, and manage employee contract renewals. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, and recommend resolutions
* Review and process employee contract renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and correspondence
* Assist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in HR or related field
* Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
