Floof VIPets is looking for an experienced Pet Relocation Specialist to take full ownership of international pet relocation cases from start to finish.
This role is for someone who has already worked in pet relocation, animal transport, or international logistics and understands the complexity of documentation, compliance, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
What you will do
- Manage pet relocation cases end-to-end (UAE international)
- Advise clients on country-specific requirements, permits, and timelines
- Coordinate with airlines, vets, and international partners
- Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations
- Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients
- Take ownership of each case until completion
What we are looking for (must-have)
- Previous experience in pet relocation, animal transport, or similar logistics field
- Strong understanding of international documentation and compliance processes
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Based in UAE
Nice to have
- Experience with UAE pet export/import processes
- Existing network (vets, airlines, relocation partners)
- Experience dealing with high-end / international clients
