In this role you will own regional demand planning and S&OP orchestration, ensuring commercial priorities, growth initiatives, and pipeline opportunities are translated into a single, realistic, and decision-ready demand plan.

What You Will Do:
- Lead Demand Review and Executive S&OP meetings.
- Consolidate one regional demand plan across all channels (local, export, drop shipment, direct shipment).
- Integrate Grow to Win pipeline, promotions, and key account initiatives into demand forecasts.
- Lead portfolio management (launches, delisting, rationalization).
- Prepare demand scenarios and quantify revenue, margin, inventory, and service impacts.
- Challenge commercial assumptions constructively and drive forecast discipline
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
- Technical Experience with SC tools (MRP, Inventory, supply).
- 5-8 of professional experience in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel data analysis, strong analytic mindset, Problem-solving: the capability to address SC disruptions efficiently and implement preventive measures.
- Ability to collaborate across functions (procurement, sales, demand planning, logistics, R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Finance).
- Experience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.
