Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in mega-scale (preferably in substations and power generation).
- EPC-side experience is mandatory / exposure as a developer/owner is an added advantage.
- Expert in Primavera P6 and related project control tools.
- Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, S-curves, and manpower histograms for management.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Support risk management, recovery planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation.
- Review and comment on monthly progress reports from EPC contractors, focusing on contractual risks and schedule impacts.
- Continuously monitor critical path activities, ensuring proper milestones and KPIs for early warnings to the project team.
- Track project performance against baseline schedules and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, including Senior planning roles in EPC projects.
- Hands-on experience in power generation, substations projects.
- Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycles and delay analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and EVM principles.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Primavera P6 Professional
- PMP / PMI-SP (a plus)
