Job Description

Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced planning software such as Primavera
Review and analyze procurement and construction programs for contractors and subcontractors
Prepare comprehensive progress reports, graphs, and critical path analyses for weekly and monthly reporting
Monitor actual progress against construction programs and report deviations to Client
Assist in identifying project risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines
Collaborate closely with site supervision teams to gather real-time progress updates
Conduct independent site visits to evaluate contractor progress against established programs
Support the evaluation of potential additional works and variation proposals
Maintain detailed records of program monitoring to support claim evaluations and dispute resolutions
Assist in workshops and meetings to facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders
Review and prepare Extension Of Time recommendation report to Client.
