Lead the development, review, and control of integrated project schedules for MEP contracting works using industry-standard planning tools.
Establish detailed baseline schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and optimize project timelines.
Coordinate closely with project managers, construction teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure alignment between planning, execution, and contractual milestones.
Analyze project risks, constraints, and resource requirements, providing scenario planning and time impact analyses as needed.
Prepare and present periodic progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and delay analyses to internal stakeholders and clients.
Support claims management by preparing extension of time submissions, schedule narratives, and forensic delay analyses when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of experience in planning and scheduling within MEP contracting and large-scale construction projects.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or similar project planning and scheduling software.
Strong knowledge of MEP construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination with civil and architectural works.
Proven experience in progress monitoring, delay analysis, and contractual planning support.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and lead planning functions on complex projects.
