Join our dynamic Supervision team and play a pivotal role in bringing visionary designs to life. From blueprint to final build, you will engage in every stage of the development journey transforming ambition into architecture and concepts into reality.

As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading all planning and scheduling activities to ensure that projects are delivered on time, and in line with contractual and scheduling quality standards. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating resources, analyzing progress, identifying risks or delays, and providing accurate reporting to support effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling tools.
  • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain the Baseline Programme to guide project execution and measure progress.
  • Review and prepare Baseline Programme, Update Programme, S-curves, Manpower Histograms, and Resource Deployment Schedules.
  • Conduct delay analysis, review extension of time claims, and prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reports.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and clients, highlighting risks and required actions.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Arch. Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is typically required.
  • General Requirement: Total 812 years of construction site experience, including at least 4 years in infrastructure projects.
  • Additional Experience: Prior work on buildings or villas projects is required
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Reporting, MS Office, and PowerPoint Presentations
  • Experience with Power BI for data analysis and dashboards
