We Are Hiring Senior Planning & Project Control Engineer (Riyadh)
We are looking for an experienced Planning & Project Control Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in project planning, scheduling, and controls within largescale construction projects.
About the Role
The key responsibilities of this role include developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and monitoring progress against the baseline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Optimize resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment) to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress against the baseline, analyze delays and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Interpret and apply contractual requirements related to scheduling, milestones, and timelines.
- Support claims and variation orders with accurate documentation.
- Lead planning, scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project control activities, providing clear analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, forecasts, and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Demonstrate strong experience in EOT claims, including Hybrid Window Analysis.
- Preferred experience in PIF building projects covering Civil, MEP, and Finishes scopes.
- Preferred experience in precast concrete projects.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, RMP, or PSP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 1013 years of experience in planning and project controls.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Experience in PIF building projects covering Civil, MEP, and Finishes scopes.
- Experience in precast concrete projects.
- Certifications: PMP, RMP, or PSP.
Position based in Riyadh with willingness to relocate if required.
