The Project

Alongside a high-profile client, Mace is delivering a Giga project. It is one of its own kind and offers a versatile scope of delivery to the project team. We are searching for a planner who is interested in interested in delivering unique residential buildings, hotels, infrastructure, car parks and extensive reforestation. The team is a high energy, expanding PMO team. If you want to be a part of this extraordinary scheme, kindly register your interest.

This opportunity is to be involved in a Major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including Cultural and heritage assets, F&B, Retail and Hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-caliber experienced people.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead application of planning and scheduling methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Apply strong knowledge of project controls and Earned Value Management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Influence complex requirements, providing clear analysis and corrective measures.
  • Manage and develop teams delivering planning and schedule management services.
  • Guide clients to adopt proposals and recommendations with confidence.
  • Undertake tasks required to fulfil project and assignment objectives.
  • Drive excellence in planning and project controls, aligned with Mace standards.

You'll Need To Have

  • Experience in delivering residential or infrastructure schemes or both.
  • Experience in working within a PMO.
  • Experience in managing complex schedules and interpreting the data to different stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Supporting qualifications in construction related courses or sufficient work experience.

You'll Also Have

  • Experience in coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Experience in dealing with internal and stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience in drafting reports / presenting high level information to stakeholders.
  • Experience of working on residential and or infrastructure schemes on a large scale.
