The project:

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking candidate to join our established and growing team in Egypt.

Accountable for planning and scheduling complex projects, ensuring delivery on time and profitably. Supports project management across tenders and portfolios, driving effective monitoring and execution to achieve successful outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Apply advanced planning and scheduling methodologies, tools, and techniques to deliver programme certainty.
  • Drive project controls through earned value management and performance analysis, ensuring proactive corrective measures.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, influencing complex requirements with confidence and clarity.
  • Lead and develop a highperforming planning team, fostering professional growth and excellence.
  • Provide strategic recommendations, guiding clients to informed decisions that support project success.
  • Collaborate to achieve net zero carbon goals, actively managing emissions and reductions throughout project delivery.

You'll need to have:

  • Recognised professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE or equivalent) with evidence of continued development.
  • Extensive planning and project management expertise across property, infrastructure, and missioncritical sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder leadership, and proven ability to manage large, diverse teams.
  • Degree in Engineering/Construction preferred, with advanced knowledge of scheduling tools, sustainability, and industry trends.
