Purpose of the Job:
To Build Products and ensure customer collaboration and Success by working with our internal development team and our clients. The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for all aspects of the business
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for obtaining and prioritizing product and customer requirements and guiding the team toward a successful product vision.
- Develop the product road-map, and prioritizing features that will benefit our customers and improve their productivity.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership, engineering, and design teams to build and launch new features
- Work across domains and external teams to gather and document all requirements in Confluence and Jira.
- Ensure that the development team clearly understands the product requirements and goals.
- Prioritize the product backlog, planning sprints, and collaborating with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality
- Collaborate with UX and design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch-points.
- Engage regularly with customers to gather feedback and identify potential areas for improvement or enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices across all stages of the development cycle.
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics to stakeholders to ensure transparency and predictability.
Education:
University degree in computer science or any equivalent degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
- 3+ Years of related professional experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex information to stakeholders.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and drives the agile team into a common goal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- A solid customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to empathize with users, is essential.
- Strong understanding of software development, technology trends, and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and Technical writing skills.
- Hands-on experience in constructing user requirements with lean management techniques is a plus
- Certified CSPO or PSM or any relevant is a plus.
