Senior Presales Consultant

The Presales Consultant will deliver an innovative, engaging, and strategic sales presentation with a clear and concise value message. In collaboration with the sales team, you will provide discovery and analysis of current business needs and development of impact professional demonstrations. You will share your knowledge with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
 Position Summary
The Presales Solution Consultant possesses advanced/expert level knowledge of ERP solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the account team in support of the sales account strategy. The Presales Solution Consultant interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and follow-up discussions. In addition to Presales support, a Presales Solution Consultant collaborates with sales and marketing teams to plan account strategies, and make sure the smooth transition with the Consulting Service team.
 Your Responsibilities Include
Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business, and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
Identify, qualify, and consolidate opportunities that rely on solution development and/or solution packaging.
Provide full, effective, and successful product demonstrations, presentations, and a clear understanding of all aspects of the product- and service offering, to various levels of audience, ranging from IT to board level.
In close cooperation with the Sales Executives, play a major role in answering Tenders, RFI/RFP proposals.
Keep up with the latest developments in the technology and the competition. Have a good internal network of people and knowledge sources inside and outside the company. This means with product development, peers, consulting, and partners.
Responsible for translating technical features into usable and creative sales statements and presentations and work closely together with the departments that can provide this information (Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, Partners)
Support a team environment that encourages both individual and team accomplishments. Actively exchange product knowledge and industrial expertise to others
Submit administrative work such as expense reports, activities, reports required by management.
. Perform pre-investigation data gathering and requirement analysis at the customer premises.
⢠Estimate and size the customer requirements with reference to the pre-investigation and using the help of the technical/functional staff or third party, if necessary.
⢠Prepare and conduct presentation on the proposed solution if required by the customer.
⢠Receive the Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Senior Pre-Sales Consultants.
⢠Study the RFP to prepare the technical write-up and the costing of the proposed solution, whilst engaging the vendor for a matching proposal (if required).
⢠Receive assistance from Development Consultants and technical/ functional Staff to fill compliance sheets (if required).
⢠Respond to customer inquiries to explain the proposed solution.
⢠Prepare technological trends analysis reports & new solution coverage reports.
⢠Act as a consultant/advisor for the salesperson and client in the complex technical issues and conducts presentations when required.
⢠Involved in customer meetings with the aim to describe/discuss the proposed solution and highlight advantages over competitors
⢠Ensure the review of the technical aspect of the Project implementation plan prepared by the Project Managers ensuring it is achievable and within the set time frame.
⢠Contribute to the regular preparation and update of the offerings Portfolio. (Introduce new offerings, retire old offerings)
⢠Assist in educating the Account Management Team on the basic technicalities and functionality of new offerings to guide them in identifying leads within the assigned sectors.
⢠Communicate with Sales, PMs, and technical teams to gather insights and information on different aspects such as clientsâ needs and projects challenges which can be an added value to the offeringâs portfolio or changes in proposal.

⢠Strong business sense and market vision.

⢠Excellent command of English and Arabic for Business Purposes

 Requirements:
-Degree in Computer Science
-5-7 Years of Experience
-Available to travel to GCC
- Experience in ERP - MS Dynamics 365 and Document Management SystemÂ
- Experience expert across different technologies, IOT, Cloud, Security, and software.
-Experience in (RPA, SharePoint, AI Solution, Content Management and ECM)
-Fluency in English Language
-Ability to work in teams as well as individually is required.
-Excellent writing, communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
